Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our goods and services and want our customers to be satisfied with them. We will always do our best to take care of our customers and want to be fair and reasonable. If you do need to return or exchange an item, it must be received within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original packaging, free of damage, alterations, wear and include all original accessories. Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your return and whether your request for a refund or exchange is approved. Please note that delivery of any packages that do not have a RMA number written on them will be refused. If you are approved for a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or a check will be sent depending on your original method of payment. Please allow two to four weeks for refunds to be processed.
